Forget “Make America Great Again.” Let’s make America start Tebowing again.
Tim Tebow, the former NFL quarterback, said he might consider running for office one day.
“If there’s a chance you can make a difference someday in something, then that would be intriguing,” he said in an interview with Ainsley Earhardt on “Fox and Friends.”
Tebow could probably get elected to any office he chooses in Florida, where he led the Gators to two national championships and won the Heisman Trophy. That wouldn’t be a bad springboard to greater, more oval-ly offices. Known for his Christian faith, he isn’t likely to be plagued by any scandals and he has a real mission “to bring faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need” through his Tim Tebow Foundation.
Of course, he’d have to really give up his hope of playing in the NFL.
