At some point in your life you’re probably going to go overboard on your Halloween costume, even if Halloween isn’t really your thing. I am not particularly enamored with the holiday but dressed up as “Gambler”-era Kenny Rogers one time, complete with wig and fake beard. It was hell on earth, and I’m still itching to this day.

And so we come to Denver Broncos cheerleader Romi Bean, who not only went overboard on her Halloween costume but literally had her entire physical being subsumed by it, donning a full-on T-Rex costume for Sunday’s game against the Chargers. And she worked it better than anyone has ever worked a Halloween costume before.

Cheerleading and/or dinosaur cosplay are not Bean’s full-time jobs: According to her Twitter bio, she’s a reporter for CBS 4 in Denver and also produces a drive-time show for DenverSports 760 radio. But for a few magical hours Sunday, she was a dinosaur.

B-Rex, as Bean took to calling herself in costume, naturally had to get in shape for her big day.
