Ciara and Russell Wilson share unusual family photo and cause quite a reaction

Quick, can you spot Russell Wilson in the photo below? You wouldn’t be blamed for taking a while to locate the Seahawks quarterback in an unusual family portrait posted Tuesday by his wife, pop star Ciara.

The photo comes from a shoot with Harper’s Bazaar, which ran a profile of the very pregnant Ciara. In addition to Wilson, the two-year-old boy cuddling in his mother’s arms is Future, the product of a previous relationship with the rapper of the same name, and a child that the quarterback appears to have taken under his wing.

The Falcons tried to unsettle Wilson in a January playoff game they hosted against the Seahawks by inviting daddy Future, an Atlanta native, and another hip-hop star who had been linked to Ciara, Bow Wow, to their sideline. Wilson went on to lose that game, but he clearly has the love of the “1, 2 Step” singer, who told Harper’s that their relationship is “just … so … amazing … awesome … It really is.”

Meanwhile, many observers were amazed by the photo, to judge from some of the reaction it got online.

Other Twitter users described the photo as “beautiful” or “stunning,” and they praised Wilson for making young Future such a big part of his new family. His pose, with his hands over Ciara’s belly, was reminiscent of a photo he shared in October, when they announced her pregnancy.

Wilson married Ciara last year, and their baby will be the first for the 27-year-old quarterback. The Super Bowl winner and three-time Pro Bowler had a previous marriage end in 2014.
