Dennis Hof, who owns several bordellos in the state and has been featured on HBO’s “Cathouse,” announced plans to open a Raiders-themed brothel timed to coincide with the opening of the team’s new stadium, a 65,000-seat facility that is scheduled to be ready for the 2020 season.
In a statement, Hof said his newest “sex palace will be called the ‘Pirate’s Booty Sports Brothel” and will be “the first brothel entirely dedicated to athletes and their die-hard fans.” Hof had previously announced that his two brothels located relatively near Las Vegas would “offer all Raiders players and staff 50 percent off sex parties,” but he said the new establishment would have a “VIP section … exclusively available to Raiders players and other high-profile athletes, and staffed with over 20 cheerleader-garbed working girls.”
“With the talk of the Raiders coming to the area, I wanted to give them a little extra incentive,” Hof told the Pahrump Valley Times in November. “Everybody wants a deal. So we figured we’d give them some special pricing and maybe that will entice some of the bosses there to bring that team to Las Vegas where it belongs.”
Las Vegas is already set to host an NHL expansion team, the Golden Knights, beginning next season. The city is the epicenter for the UFC’s biggest events and it has long been a staging ground for major boxing matches and other sports events.
Prostitution is not legal in Clark County, where Las Vegas is located, but it is in many of the surrounding counties. Hof wants to see prostitution legalized in “Sin City,” saying it would help curb sex trafficking, but in the meantime, he’s happy to do what he can to welcome the Raiders to southern Nevada.
“The Raiders coming to Vegas will mean big business for me, so my next sex den will honor the ‘Men in Black’ and their ‘Raider Nation,'” Hof said Monday. The 70-year-old entrepreneur had noted that some of the women at his brothels near Carson City, Nev., located closer to Oakland, had season tickets for the team, saying, “We’ve always been Raiders fans.”
