Because rattlesnakes are, you know, par for the course in Arizona, former NHL player Jeremy Roenick used what was at hand Sunday when he found one of the varmints in his garage.

Deftly wrangling the snake between two golf clubs, he teaches the rattler who’s boss and then grabs it with his hand. As one does, of course.

As he is repeatedly reminded by the videographer, he is nuts as he takes the snake and dispatches it over a concrete wall.

Battling the animal kingdom is nothing new for Roenick. He tried to wrestle a live alligator during a golf outing a few years ago.
