No Nene? That’s a problem for the Wizards and a boon to Bulls on the boards

Washington Wizards forward Nene has been suspended for Game 4 against Chicago for head-butting Bulls swingman Jimmy Butler. It’s a big boost to the Bulls, who trail two games to one in the first-round, best-of-seven series.

The Wizard’s big man is averaging 17 points and 6.3 rebounds per game, and has done a great job of defending the defensive player of the year,  Joakim Noah. But with Nene out, expect Chicago’s  Noah and sixth man of the year hopeful Taj Gibon to have more success attacking the offensive glass.

“It’s going to be a huge loss for us,” said Wizard’s forward Marcin Gortat.
