The Brooklyn Nets did not go quietly into the night. Instead, they beat the Miami Heat, 104-90, in Game 3 to cut the series deficit to 2-1.
“This is a series now,” LeBron James said.
The Nets did most of the damage from long range, going 15 for 25 (60 percent) beyond the three-point arc.
The Spurs had a similar run just a few nights ago when they went 12 for 20 in a 114-94 blowout against the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.
Before this season, just eight other teams have managed to shoot 60 percent or better on three-point shots (minimum 20 attempts).
