Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan said Thursday that his $25,000 fine for unsportsmanlike conduct: “hurt. It’s a lot of money.”

Shanahan berated an official at the end of Washington’s loss to Cincinnati Sunday for making an incorrect call, and chased him into the tunnel.
Shanahan said he wasn’t surprised by the fine and would have handled the situation differently if he could do it all over again.

He said he regretted hurting his team’s chances with the penalty. “Any time you get a penalty for your team, you regret it,” Shanahan said.
