Cornerback David Amerson and defensive end Chris Baker both practiced fully for the Washington Redskins a day after they were limited to individual drills.

A back injury had hampered Amerson. Coach Mike Shanahan said the rookie had tweaked something in his back in the weight room. Baker, meanwhile, was sick Wednesday.

Strong safety Brandon Meriweather (groin) practiced fully for a second consecutive day, as did nose tackle Barry Cofield and kick returner Chris Thompson.

The Redskins’ upcoming opponent, the Green Bay Packers, had five players – safety Morgan Burnett (hamstring), cornerback Jarrett Bush (hamstring), tight end Jermichael Finley (toe), linebacker Nick Perry (neck) and guard Josh Sitton (back) – limited in practice, according to their injury report.
