The Washington Redskins were awaiting test results on the knee injury suffered by tight end Logan Paulsen during Sunday’s victory at Oakland, Coach Mike Shanahan said Monday.
The Redskins already have had a string of injuries this season among their tight ends. Rookie Jordan Reed was on the inactive list Sunday because of a bruised thigh. Fred Davis played against the Raiders after missing one game because of a sprained ankle.
Paulsen had two catches for 46 yards Sunday but also lost a fumble at the end of a 33-yard catch and run. For the season, Paulsen has eight catches for 110 yards.
