For his invaluable contribution to last season’s passing attack and ground game, left tackle Trent Williams was honored as the 2013 Offensive Player of the Year at the Redskins’ annual Welcome Home Luncheon Friday at the Gaylord Convention Center at National Harbor.

Veteran cornerback DeAngelo Hall was honored as the team’s Defensive Player of the Year.

And running back Alfred Morris was received the Community Service Award for giving back to the community while gaining 1,275 yards on the ground.

The 6-foot-5, 337-pound Williams started every game in 2012 and 2013 and served as an offensive captain for the last three seasons. He is also a two-time Pro Bowl honoree.

Hall, a three-time Pro Bowler, started 16 games for Washington for the fourth consecutive season. He notched his 40th career interception last season and was credited with 106 tackles, third most on the squad.

And Morris was a frequent participant in the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation’s work with children.

Earlier Friday the Redskins held a walk-through at Andrews Air Force Base in preparation for Saturday night’s game against the Ravens at Baltimore.
