If you count yourself among the legion of Baltimore Ravens fans who reside or work inside the Capital Beltway, you'll want to prepare an excuse to get out of work Tuesday for the team's Super Bowl celebration.

The victory parade leaves from Baltimore's City Hall at 10:45 a.m. and winds through  downtown along Commerce, Pratt and Howard streets en route to M&T Bank Stadium for a rally at approximately 12:30 p.m. Parking lots open at 9 a.m. with stadium gates opening at 10 a.m.
