After bringing postseason baseball to Washington last fall, it's no surprise that interest in the Nationals is surging: Attendance at spring training is at record levels, Steve Hendrix wrote in today's paper. But since not everyone can make it down to sunny Viera, Fla. (current temperature: 83 degrees) to watch the team, Duffy's Irish Pub will be showing spring training games at its bar, located just off U Street.

The team's third game of the spring is tonight against the New York Mets at 6:10 p.m., and it will be shown on all TVs with full sound. And while the atmosphere probably won't come close to watching games during last year's playoffs, there will be a slew of drink specials, including $15 pitchers of "premium beers" (New Belgium Ranger IPA, Loose Cannon IPA), $10 Miller Lite pitchers, $4 draft pints and $3 PBR tall boys.

One thing to note: The kitchen at Duffy's is closed on Mondays, but you can bring in food from nearby take-out spots.
