Talk about “This Town” with Mark Leibovich at Politics and Prose tonight

All of Official Washington has spent the last few weeks abuzz about "This Town," the how-Washington-works tome by Mark Leibovich, the chief national correspondent for the New York Times Magazine and a former Washington Post political reporter.

The talk isn't just about the review of the book, as much as the content: Who's in it? Who comes off worse? What do you really have to do to succeed in Washington?

(And we haven't even mentioned our response to the New York Times review of "This Town," which dismissed D.C. with the tired accusation that it's impossible to find "a single decent slice of pizza or a passable submarine sandwich.")

You can get the scoop from Leibovich himself at Politics and Prose, where he'll be discussing and signing his book beginning at 7 p.m. No tickets or reservations are required, so you'll want to arrive on the early side. At least beer and wine will be available while you wait.

Fritz Hahn has covered bars, drinks and nightlife for the Washington Post Weekend Section since 2003, but he also writes about everything from Civil War battlefields to sailing classes. You can find him on Twitter and Instagram.
