Lace up your sneakers and ... eat a burger?
Shake Shack is hosting the second D.C. Shack Track & Field run tonight. Every second Tuesday of the month, the burger phenom is leading runs around the District that end with dinner at the chain's Dupont Circle location (1216 18th St NW).
Runners interested in finishing their daily exercise with fries and a shake should meet at Pacers (1427 P St NW), where they can stow belongings before setting off on a three or five-mile run. Runners can also purchase a $10 T-shirt and free drinks at every monthly post-run meal.
Take note, health enthusiasts: A typical ShackBurger-and-fries meal at Shake Shack has 960 calories, so run hard.
