About a month ago, we told you about the Toki Underground pop-up coming to Union Market through Nov. 3.

Well, the ramen shop hasn't left yet, and they've even changed the menu: For the next three or four months, you will find a Chinese breakfast in the morning and steamed buns in the afternoon, but no noodles.

If that's not enough Toki for you, the restaurant's lunch offering is still going strong on H Street. The midday service is Monday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Beginning Nov. 4, Erik Bruner-Yang's H Street NE ramen bar will offer midday service Monday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. That's not the only big announcement in Toki's latest fall newsletter: From Wednesday through Nov. 3 (except Sundays), the restaurant will pop-up at Union Market serving $12 bowls of shoyu ramen made almost exclusively with ingredients sourced from the market.
