What makes America great? You’ll get different answers depending on whom you ask. But there’s no doubt that developing new technologies has helped the country lead the world. Without money to finance research, it’s tougher to make that next discovery or advancement. Here’s a short film — no sound required — that warns we’re shortchanging our federal investments in innovation.
