VIDEO: After watching this, maybe you’ll never text and drive again

Everyone knows you’re not supposed to use your phone while driving, but people still do. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nine people die and 1,060 people are hurt every day in crashes with distraction as the reported cause. In other words, 44 people are injured every hour and someone dies every 2.6 hours because of distracted driving.

Instead of repeating such statistics, Volkswagen unleashed a clever interactive public service announcement on unsuspecting movie goers in Hong Kong. Check it out:
