A 9-year-old schnauzer is stealing the spotlight on social media.

Last week, Rebecca Ehalt was visiting her family’s home in Pennsylvania, all the way from Slovenia when she got quite the greeting. The family dog, Casey, a light gray pup with a strong set of pipes, hadn’t seen Ehalt in two years, according to news reports. Upon their reunion, the pooch squealed, jumped on her and smothered her with kisses. Then, after a few moments, the pup started to wobble and passed out from excitement.

Ehalt posted a video of it on YouTube, writing that “in fairness,” two years “is 14 years in dog years.” The video has more than 16 million views.

“I think the video really says it,” Ehalt’s sister, Rachel Abbett, told about the reunion.

Abbett said the family had never seen the dog faint before and were initially worried, but she’s just fine.

“The schnauzer, Casey, was taken to the vet, the vet saw the video, and everything is fine with her,” Ehalt wrote. “No worries.”
