Nationals-Yankees lineups: exhibition game

The Nationals play their final tuneup before the season with all regulars in the lineup. The final roster spot between left-handed reliever J.C. Romero and right-hander Henry Rodriguez will be decided after the game.

Jayson Werth complained of a sore left elbow after being hit this Wednesday but is in the lineup. Bryce Harper is battling a sore left thumb. Davey Johnson is close to finalizing who will start at catcher for Monday’s season opener. Andy Pettitte is on the mound for the Yankees.
