In the most unsurprising announcement of the week, the Nationals officially submitted their opening 25-man roster. Everyone that was expected to be on it is on it. Since Henry Rodriguez is on the team, the Nationals re-assigned veteran left-handed reliever J.C. Romero to minor league camp. Romero, who was signed to a minor league deal over a week ago, will start the season in Class AAA Syracuse’s bullpen.
