Nationals-Pirates discussion thread: Game 32

Toni L. Sandys/TWP

Gio Gonzalez will attempt to right his season and bounce back from his five-run, four-inning debacle in Atlanta. He has thrown 18.3 pitches per inning – dead last in the NL among starters – while compiling a 5.34 ERA, ninth-worst in the league. Opponents are hitting just .217 against him, but his 5.06 walks per nine innings are killing him.

He’ll face lefty Wandy Rodriguez today. Talk about the game right here.
