Wilson Ramos will catch back-to-back games for the third time since his return from the disabled list on July 4. He is 10 for 23 with two home runs and 10 RBI in the past seven games, six of them starts. Anthony Rendon, who has started the past 27 straight games, gets the day off and Steve Lombardozzi will start at second. The Nationals will face all-star right-hander Jose Fernandez, who is two and half months older than Bryce Harper. The battle of the 20-year-olds.
