Manager Davey Johnson said last night he planned to move Denard Span back to the top of the order against right-hander Donovan Hand. Span is 9 for his last 15 with a walk, and going back further he’s hitting .358/.382/.547 in his last 55 plate appearances. With Span back at the top, Bryce Harper is hitting second.
