(Photo by Katherine Frey/The Washington Post)

The Nationals enter Wednesday’s game 4 1/2 games behind the Reds, and four in the loss column, with 11 games left to play. The Nationals are 6-0 in games started by Ross Ohlendorf (4-0, 3.15 ERA). He will be opposed by rookie left-hander Alex Wood (3-3, 3.45 ERA). The lineups are here. As always, talk about the game here.

James Wagner joined the Post in August 2010, wrote about high school sports across the region for two years and has covered the Nationals since the middle of the 2012 season.
