Nationals-Marlins discussion thread: Game 156

(Katherine Frey/The Washington Post)

Stephen Strasburg started the Nationals’ first home game of the season, and he will start the last, too. Strasburg has walked out to right field to begin his pregame warm-up, which is a good sign. Manager Davey Johnson said he held back Craig Stammen and Ross Ohlendorf just in case Strasburg felt the same tightness in his right forearm that has kept him off the mound since Sept. 8.

Strasburg faced the Marlins then, too. Tonight, in the Nationals’ home finale, he will oppose lefty Brian Flynn, who is 0-2 with a 9.64 ERA. Talk about the game right here.
