Nationals spring training broadcast schedule

Spring training is just over a month away and games will start in about two months. The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network announced on Tuesday that it will air six Grapefruit League games, according to the network’s website, beginning on March 2 in Viera.

The Nationals’ Grapefruit League action begins on Feb. 28 in Port St. Lucie against the New York Mets. Two days later, MASN will air the first of six homes games. The games will be broadcast live on MASN, with the afternoon games replayed later that night. The final game to be broadcast, the March 25 contest against the Mets, is the final home game on the Nationals’ spring training schedule. The schedule is below:

>> Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m., Miami Marlins at Nationals (replayed at 7 p.m.)

>> Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m., St. Louis Cardinals at Nationals (replayed at 7 p.m.)

>> Tuesday, March 11 at 1 p.m., New York Yankees at Nationals (replayed at 7 p.m.)

>> Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m., Detroit Tigers at Nationals (replayed at 7 p.m.)

>> Wednesday, March 19 at 6 p.m., Houston Astros at Nationals

>> Tuesday, March 25 at 1 p.m., New York Mets at Nationals (replay at 7 p.m.)

In addition, ESPN will air the road games on March 26 at 1 p.m. game against the St. Louis Cardinals and March 27 at 12:10 p.m. game against the New York Mets.
