Wilson Ramos is sitting after catching two straight and Jose Lobaton is replacing him. As a result, Ian Desmond is hitting cleanup, a spot manned by Ramos in recent games. Doug Fister makes his second start of the season. Nate McLouth is back in the starting lineup after the scab on his right hand was aggravated on Monday; he still pinch hit on Tuesday.
