After catching all 15 innings last night, Wilson Ramos will get tonight’s game off in favor of Jose Lobaton. He could be a dangerous pinch hitter late in the game, if needed. Tonight figures to be about the starting pitchers: Johnny Cueto has had an otherworldly start to the season, and Doug Fister is coming off an excellent performance in Arizona.
