Nationals-Brewers discussion thread: Game 76

Jordan Zimmermann is making his third career start in his home state and about three hours from his tiny hometown of Auburndale, which means the stadium will be filled with family and friends. Zimmermann is 4-0 with a 2.19 ERA in four career starts against the Brewers. An interesting tidbit about the dominating performances from the bullpen from the team’s PR department: the Nationals bullpen has retired 25 straight batters, including 10 strikeouts, dating back to Friday. In other words, the Nationals bullpen is two outs shy of a perfect game. The Nationals will face Brewers right-handed starter Yovani Gallardo (5-4, 3.34 ERA). The lineups are here. As always, discuss the game below.
