Nationals Manager Matt Williams opted to get Ryan Zimmerman off his feet and use him as the designated hitter in the first game in Baltimore. As a result, Anthony Rendon shifts to third base and Danny Espinosa makes his first start since Bryce Harper returned from the disabled list two weeks ago. Espinosa will hit ninth and start at second.

Catcher Jose Lobaton also loses a start. He was in Tuesday’s lineup but, after a rainout gave everyone a night off, Wilson Ramos is back behind the plate.
