Phillies left-handed starter Cole Hamels is starting Tuesday and Nationals Manager Matt Williams tweaked the lineup against him.

Hamels-killer Scott Hairston, who is a career 17 for 44 with five homers against the left-hander, will start in left field and Bryce Harper will sit. Left-handed-hitting Adam LaRoche also rests in favor of Kevin Frandsen, who is 4 for 9 with one homer against Hamels.

Asdrubal Cabrera is back in the starting lineup after not starting Monday with lingering right side tightness. He pinch hit in the ninth inning.
