WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Believe it or not, baseball season is upon us. Washington Nationals pitchers and catchers report for spring training at the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches on Wednesday. Position players report on Monday and the first full-squad workout is a week away. The offseason is over.
