That time the Secretary of State met the Minister of Silly Walks

And now for something completely different: A photo of John Kerry and John Cleese in London.

Kerry was in London to meet with other foreign ministers about the crisis in Syria. (That appears to be Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh standing on the other side of Kerry.)

Cleese was a member of the surreal comedy troupe Monty Python, which is reuniting for one night only this summer in London.

Here is the old “Ministry of Silly Walks” sketch from “Monty Python’s Flying Circus”

J. Freedom du Lac is the editor of The Post's general assignment news desk. He was previously a Local enterprise reporter and, before that, the paper’s pop music critic.
