President Obama said on Friday that there was one U.S. citizen confirmed to be aboard the flight, which was shot down with a missile: Quinn Lucas Schansman, who also had Dutch citizenship. She is the only American citizen confirmed to be on the plane thus far. In addition, Karlijn Keijzer, a Dutch woman who had studied at Indiana University, was on the flight.
