Election Day is just two months away, but the end feels a little like the beginning on Friday, with the attention of both presidential candidates fixed firmly on New Hampshire and Iowa -- which also happen to be the two states that vote first in the presidential primary process.

President Obama and Mitt Romney will appear in both places Friday ... just not at the same time. Obama will be in Portsmouth, N.H. for a rally this afternoon. He'll be joined by first lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Jill Biden. It's on to Cedar Rapids, Iowa from there for an evening campaign event.

Romney will do the opposite. He'll begin in Orange City, Iowa, then travel to Nashua, N.H. for an event in the evening.
