Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) does not approve of staffers whooping "war chants" and making "tomahawk chops" when confronting supporters of Democrat Elizabeth Warren at a recent rally.

"Well, I haven't seen it, this is the first I'm hearing of it," Brown told reporters. "But ... if you're saying that, certainly that's not something I condone. It's certainly something that if I am aware of it, I'll tell that [staff] member to never do it again. But the real issue here is, and the real offense is the fact that Professor Warren checked the box. She said that she was white, and then she checked the box saying she was Native American."

The video was captured by a local liberal blog; WCVB confirmed that the men caught on tape were Brown staffers.

Brown has aggressively argued that Warren has falsely claimed to be Native American and may have gotten a career advantage from that claim. His most recent ad focuses on the controversy. Warren has responded with her own ad, saying that she is proud of her heritage but never used it for professional gain.
