In an interview with Fox News, former New Hampshire governor (and Romney surrogate) John Sununu says the format of tonight's debate all but ensures a draw.

“Tonight’s venue is answering questions from selected members of the public and it is really hard to get hot exchanges in this. This is the kind of venue that creates a draw all the time. I think you are going to see us all coming out here and explaining why our candidate decisively won the draw.”

He added, “I think it’s going to be a very informative debate. I don’t think it’s going to be as exciting as the first one."

A draw would be better for Romney than President Obama, since the Republican comes into the town hall with a decisive victory under his belt.
