In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, officials in New York are preparing for the possibility that some polling centers will have to be moved.

"We’ve been in conference calls all day with counties impacted by the storm,” said John Conklin, a spokesman for the state Board of Elections, told the New York Times. "After they do the assessment, they’ll determine whether they need to come up with alternate sites.”

The state board has a webpage up for any updates on polling place changes.
