President Obama said last week he was keeping a "naughty and nice list" for Washington.

In case it wasn't already obvious, Monday's White House reception for Congress offered a clue about where House Speaker John Boehner's name is.

Boehner, who earlier Monday put forth a "fiscal cliff" counter-proposal the White House quickly rejected, nonetheless attended the party.

But Obama and Boehner reportedly didn't speak to one another at the event, nor did they take a photo together as they have in years past.
