A man was arrested while taking pictures of Secretary of State John Kerry's Boston home on Sunday. A pellet gun was found in his car.

The State Department Diplomatic Security Service first observed the man taking a picture of the home; the Boston police were called for assistance and arrested the man for having an open container, Kerry spokesman Glen Johnson confirmed. Police identified the man as Vladimir Romanov, 29, of West Roxbury, Mass.

Kerry was not home at the time; he was with his wife at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, where she is recovering from a seizure.
