Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.), one of the leading voices of opposition to air strikes against Syria, will deliver a speech following President Obama's address on Syria Tuesday evening.

Paul, who has repeatedly expressed interest in running for president in 2016, will speak via satellite at 10 p.m., according to spokeswoman Moira Bagley.

Paul has expressed deep concern over the prospect of a strike in Syria and said early on he would oppose U.S. action.
