Undergoing some tough questioning from Jon Stewart on Monday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admitted that the rollout of the Obamacare exchanges has been "rockier" that she hoped.

"It started a little rockier than we'd like," Sebelius said. "It's better today than it was yesterday, and it will keep getting better."

Stewart also pressed Sebelius on why businesses were given a waiver for one year but individuals weren't.

After Sebelius's answers didn't satisfy him, Stewart asked, "Am I a stupid man?"
