Time magazine’s provocative Hillary Clinton cover

Time magazine is out with a new cover that is sure to stoke some conversation about Hillary Clinton's inevitability in 2016.

The cover features a pant-suit-clad leg ending with a high heel with a tiny man hanging onto the heel, and asks "Can anyone stop Hillary?"

Here's the cover:

By way of background, Time also featured Hillary Clinton on its cover in 1999. The cover then -- a portrait painted by artist Aaron Shikler -- was supposed to be for the preceding year's "Person of the Year," but Clinton's husband was impeached in late 1998, and  both he and Ken Starr were selected.

Time has also featured Clinton on its cover when she turned 50 years old and, in 2006, on a cover featuring check boxes for "love her" and "hate her."
