When is the State of the Union Address?

For those interested in President Obama's State of the Union address tonight, here's all you need to know:

What time is the speech?

The speech will take place at 9 p.m. Eastern/8 p.m. Central/7 p.m. Mountain/6 p.m. Pacific time.

Where is the speech?

The State of the Union is delivered in front of a joint session of Congress, with House and Senate members, Cabinet officials and even Supreme Court justices packing the House chamber in the United States Capitol.

Where can I watch it?

The Washington Post and Post Politics will be pairing video of the speech with live updates and analysis. We'll get things started early this evening, around 6 or 7  p.m. eastern; simply check back at Post Politics then.

Sanders’s claim that Clinton objected to meeting with ‘our enemies’
Sanders said that Clinton was critical of Obama in 2008 for suggesting meeting with Iran. In fact, Clinton and Obama differed over whether to set preconditions, not about meeting with enemies. Once in office, Obama followed the course suggested by Clinton, abandoning an earlier position as unrealistic.
