Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says he wants to extend health insurance coverage to 5 million of his country's uninsured. And he's using a familiar label -- one that Americans might relate to.
In a tweet Wednesday, Rouhani dubbed his plan "RouhaniCare" -- an apparent reference to Obamacare.
Gov will extend medical insurance to all Iranians. First step will be to cover 5mn uninsured Iranians by the social safety net #RouhaniCare

Rouhani, in contrast to his predecessor Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has sought inroads with the West and, in particular, the United States. His English language Twitter account is often topical and plays to that Western audience.
Rouhani is also in the midst of nuclear negotiations aimed at reining in his country's ability to produce a nuclear bomb.
