Lindsey Graham: Benghazi emboldened Russia to go into Ukraine

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Thursday that the United States's failure to hold anyone accountable for the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, contributed to the Russian incursion into Ukraine last week.

Graham tweeted the following Tuesday afternoon:
