In case you haven’t heard, Hillary Clinton is making plans to introduce more spontaneity to her campaign for president.

Planning for spontaneity — that’s a tailor-made Clinton punchline if we’ve ever heard one.

The humor was not lost on political Twitter. After news of the shift appeared in the New York Times on Monday, strategists, reporters and pundits piled on.

“There will be new efforts to bring spontaneity to a candidacy that sometimes seems wooden and overly cautious,” the Times reported.
