St. John’s point guard Lindsay Allen was the only local girl or boy named to this year’s McDonald’s all-American Game. The 5-foot-8 senior is the Cadets’ leading scorer with 15.9 points a game and has been a regular on The Post’s All-Met Watch. The game will be played April 3 at Chicago’s United Center.

Allen will play on the East team, which will be coached by Oakton’s Fred Priester. His assistants will be Krista Jay from Oakton and Loudoun County’s Derek Fisher.
