The White House announced Monday that Robbie Novak will be among the celebrity guests at its Easter Egg Roll next Monday.

Who? Exactly! Like an afternoon spent with Radio Disney or an issue of Tiger Beat, the White House’s annual egg roll is always an interesting window into the mysterious parallel universe of celebrities who are only stars to you if you are 11 years old. Past entertainers include Greyson Chance, Cody Simpson (trust us, they are huge in Tiger Beat) and a cusp-of-fame Justin Bieber.

Novak (no relation to the late conservative commentator, so far as we know) is a 9-year-old Tennessee boy whose “Kid President” videos have become a sensation since being picked up by comedian Rainn Wilson’s Soul Pancake site. It’s very twee, lite-comic inspirational fare, urging folks to stop being boring and to treat everyone like it’s their birthday every day. After Kid President’s “pep talk” video went viral with 16 million views, the White House tapped him to join President Obama for a video promoting the Easter Egg Roll lottery.

More Egg Roll entertainers will be announced later this week.
